HASTINGS KICKBOXING ONLINE ACADEMY is an initiative we created to reach out and help more people online. Whether you have previous kickboxing experience, or you’ve never hit a bag or lifted a leg in your life, you’ll fit right in at HKA.

We offer a full range of classes to suit all ages and abilities, no matter what your reason for training. At HKA we aim to help increase confidence, focus, fitness, and physical wellbeing for all our members.

Carl Denne

I’ve been teaching kickboxing for over 25 years and running HKA since 1998. Hastings Kickboxing Academy has been running for many years now and we have developed a great program to help development for all ages. I’ve studied many forms of martial arts over the last 25 years.

✅ 3rd Dan black belt. Passed in 2018
✅ Former undefeated British Champion
✅ Kung Fu Brown Belt
✅ First aid trained
✅ ICO Qualified Instructor
✅ Ref, cornerman, and coach
✅ Certified Child protection course

Jenny Fry

I’ve been working for HKA for over 10 years. I studied kung fu, Aikido, Lau gar, kickboxing, weapons, self-defense, point fighting, survival camps. I’ve competed in many competitions within kickboxing and kung fu becoming British number one.

I love doing kickboxing as its a great way to take my anger out, its a great way to meet new people and be in a new environment. I love seeing my family do things they love, I love everybody acts like a family and are so close. I am so happy my parents had me join in as soon as I could walk as I love it and couldn’t wish for anything better. I love seeing new people start, I love seeing how people improve, how they get better and grow. I am so proud of everyone.
