Since the beginning of lockdown, we have been remotely teaching our kickboxing classes, 4 days a week, we feel that there is a lack of accessible fitness classes for students to participate in whilst attending school during the lockdown.

So here is our brand new 6 part downloadable video series (originally made for schools) for everyone at home or self isolating during the Coronavirus Pandemic.

NON-Contact beginners guide to kickboxing at home. 

No equipment is required at all. You just need 2 metres of space and a willingness to learn, thats it!

This is for anyone who wants to learn the very basics of kickboxing.

The classes include:
