Couldn't recommend doing this enough!

When I started I was being treated for anxiety and depression, since starting my mental and physical health have seen HUGE improvements.

The staff are incredible, everyone's really friendly and welcoming and you really feel like part of the team. I thought I'd be useless at it, not able to keep up but within the first few sessions that all changed, now I feel confident and I'm seeing improvement in myself and I wouldn't dream of stopping now.
